USAT is a standardised admission test conducted by HEC. The Higher Education Commission through Education Testing Council (ETC) conducts the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) for admission at the undergraduate level in universities operating all over Pakistan. the test is usually conducted in august every year.
